Since my first e-filing with TurboTax, I have always the most resourceful and successful completion. I always refer family + friends to utilize Turbo Tax for their e-filing.

I thought TurboTax was a good option at first, but I was disappointed when I was charged more than expected. I believed the cost would only be $49, and the additional fees were not clearly explained upfront.

I just answered the questions and completed my taxes in no time.
I do wish I could have upgraded to a live chat while doing my taxes but it all worked out fine.

Easy return every year.

If you have a simple return, use turbotax and stop paying other people to do something that is so simple. Tax professionals are a lot more expensive compared to this.
