I am grateful for the online comfortability to do taxes. I felt reassured by the features and finalization process to determine the correct amounts to input and sources to upload. The app is convenient and easy to use from phone to laptop. It was easy to interface with the IRS and other institutions. I chose the MAX option for added reassurance.

Every year I get upset all over again that instead of being able to easily submit my taxes online directly to the IRS for free, companies like Turbo Tax bribed our politicians so that they can make billions. I literally just take the standard deduction every year. We need to get money out of politics.

Too many fees!

The app process isn’t bad, but they charge so many fees now it is a turnoff. I will definitely be filling my taxes with someone else next year.
