you are to much of a pusheee salesman. I wrote you in the beginning that I don't need max (I have a very simple litte income,) and you shove it under my nose again & again. You are making me to go next time to a tax return filer & pay him even $200 to do it & not nudge me the whole time.
And don't say that turbo is free! it is not!!! the charges are getting born as you go

Let me get all the way through filing before telling me I did not qualify for the free version of filing. I've filed with the same circumstances for the last 3 years and only this year was I asked to pay
