I appreciated the convenience of the process and ease as well. However, I found some of the steps to be redundant and unnecessary. I will continue to use turbotax in the future as I find that I rarely if ever have any issues with my return being pushed back or rejected while using their software. I do think there are certain aspects that could be explained a bit further as they relate to the state of Maryland specifically. I will continue to recommend the service to anyone who does not have a trusted tax professional to assist them with the preparation of their taxes.

Yes, I had to call customer service. I was stuck in a loop trying to enter info off a 1095-A. The service representative did a wonderful job. Shu untangled my big mess and got it done.

Easy like usual. Does suck to pay to file taxes that I was charged for. Paying to get paid with money I worked for to get paid. That's not Turbo Taxes fault. I'm just venting. Thanks Turbo Tax.
