I used the app on my tablet at first. It was slow and glitchy. Switched to the phone, that was fine. The whole process took too long to enter just a few forms. It keeps returning to items I've already completed. Frustrating.
Overall, the software is easy to use and very thorough. It eases you through the process and makes it easy to input your information. They do constantly try and upsell you to a more expensive package, which is fine. I get it, Intuit is a business and they're trying to promote themselves. However, the issue is that at the end of the line when you've done everything to get all your info together, they tacked on an extra fee for "premium services" that had never been mentioned, and also with no way to de-select it. In my case, it was 50% more than what I was initially sold on. I wouldn't mind paying for whatever this is, but only if Intuit had been up front about the fee instead of springing it on me at the last minute by surprise and with no explanation. It would be a five-star product if not for this less-than-transparent billing.
