Everything is great except this.

I've used it for several years now and it keeps getting easier and easier with more information being available. the only issue i have is ads suggesting adding more services. I understand turbo tax has to make their money too. But I've done my taxes enough times that i know i do not need help. I have ended up paying more for those services i never used because it took me awhile to figure out how to opt. out of them. But, if I did need them, I would not hesitate to get the additional services.

Tubro Tax is OK

I like using Turbo Tax but I think that it is expensive. I see all the time how Turbo Tax is free but I have only been able to file for free one time the first time I filed every since it has cost me around $80+ dollars every year. You need to consider that your returning clients for a discount. We are loyal and deserve a break.
