Turbo Tax is criminal

Turbo tax holds my refund hostage until I pay. I made $66,000 and you guys forced met pay extra for nothing. My wages and income did not exceed $200,000 so was therefore non simple but you guys categorized me as non simple for nothing. Im really upset that there were no options to get help to remove the fee. I wont be using turbo tax again.
