I have used TurboTax for years and it is always reliable and easy to use. The Help or learn more questions are written in plain language that is easy to understand. I will continue to use this product.

Hidden Fees not mentioned

The ease of filing was great. The amount of work that was required was little.
The disappointing part was the hidden fee of having the refund going into the personal bank account - instead of using Credit Karma bank account.
There should not be a fee for having a Bank Account.
