Everything was great? Fast and accurate help. However I did not sign up for deluxe help and was charged $132.00 which I did not sign up for... I had no way to go back and had to pay this. This was very disappointing and misleading Otherwise everything was great

I didn't like the extra fees tacked on. I had to pay 35 dollars to use direct deposit instead of their free credit card. Also it wanted me to log into my bank website for the direct deposit as well. why ? I filled out everything myself and still had to pay a total of 100 dollars to get my money.

It should be free to file taxes paying anything is ridiculous. I go to jail if I don't do this.
Rant aside its fine its basic boring UI that asks if you if you want to upgrade every other page.
