Easy to follow. A bit costly though for online.
Really great accuracy, compatibility, and guidance as you go question by question. The interface is easy to use, and has some great features!

I have been using TurboTax for about 10 years now. I have never had any issues and always feel like I am getting the best possible tax return. I have co-workers with similar income and job titles who go to private tax preparers; they have to pay a higher processing fee and don't get back any more money than I do.
