Try to get an advance is so pointless

Turbo tax is always easy to use except for this year when it pretty much forced me to create a credit karma checking account so I can try to get a refund advance. Just to learn that I can't even see if I can get the advance or how much to get... So now I have to wait up to 14 business days just to see if I can get any kind of an advance. So stupid, pointless, and confusing for no reason.

Turbo tax came out the blue with a charge that was never there they promote free filing but it’s not free they charged me $50 then tried to charge me another $40 to pay it with my federal returns, what a complete jok

I have been using TurboTax for years and years. I hate that the Tax Freedom Project is no longer and I have to pay, but at least I know that my return is accurate.
