Bloat and garbage

Constant pop ups for turbotax products, designed to seem like opting out isn't an option. Multiple prompts to share personal info with 'intuit partners'. An extra $40 fee to take your filing fee directly from customer's tax return? Garbage.

I'm not liking Turbotax for forcing

I gave on star because I was forced to pay for my taxes when I've always done them for free. I do not have any marketplace insurance or anything like that, just needed a regular 1040 form. Also, when I got to the end to file my taxes there were hidden fees. I was charged 40 bucks to be forced to use deluxe when I didn't need deluxe and charged a fee of 48 bucks from green dot, taking my refund down. I'm very disappointed with Turbotax and this will be my last year filing taxes with Turbotax.
