It's accurate, but...

1. Been using TurboTax for years, but each year it seems to get wonkier and wonkier. This year it simply stopped working a number of times before I was able to complete my return.
2. Ongoing issue with the New York interface...(tax withheld cannot be greater than gross distribution) without telling me how to fix it.
3. Finally, the push ads to get the user to sign up for additional support are too frequent. Maybe once when you start, and again before you file, but as it is now it makes the whole process slower than it should be and, frankly, intrusive.

I use turbo tax every yet and am loyal to them yet they are offering a discount to new people who havent used them before, what about a discount on the fees for customers who are loyal to them and use them every year. Very disappointed of how much i had to pay when i barely get much back.

It's fine. It's a smooth enough process, but the amount of pricing 'deals', fees, upsells, and add-on steps is obnoxious and makes the overall experience feel like you're being siphoned by the end. Will probably go back to FreeTaxUSA next year.
