I'm a firm believer that I shouldn't have to pay hidden fees when itemizing. They want to pay themselves $132 for doing NOTHING to assist me is crazy. It's insane that by stating that they can pay themselves out of my return, the price went UP from $88. There are no real fees, and I absolutely hate this interface. It is not accurate, nor does it features fit what I desire.

I have been using Turbotax since i was 16 and throughout the years its gotten harder to do. Keeps asking me to upgrade and now charges. I love that it explains things to me but with constant push for upgrading it throws me off. As well as the section about taking it out of my refund. It doesn't specify the extra charge. Also quick to charge card before even fulling submitting the return. Just miss the old Turbotax.
