I don’t like they make you pay

I don’t like that you do all the work and they charge you at the end regardless, even if you don’t add any “ Max” or expansion packs.

Not Enough Explanation

Did not explain certain things well, such as why my return was rejected. No explanation on why my car didn't qualify for the tax credit, would have been nice to know that BEFORE completing filing.
