Turbo Tax is ok

I did not find it as easy to go back to information this time if you needed to change and I found it very disturbing that I was told free and then they charge me $49 and according to my forms filed I do not see why I should have been charged any extra. I tried to resolve but it didn't do anything. Not very happy this year. Refund is great but I don't feel comfortable with the system.
