It told me it was free, after 45 mins of just returned it claimed u was comped and made me pay. But it was still just a simple return… ;(

I think it's still too expensive for what you charge, but it helped me file easily and fast. I appreciated Carolyn walking me through my final steps, as I couldn't figure out how to change by Bank Account information from last year, but with her help, we figured it out.
