Always fast and reliable. The accuracy that TurboTax has to ensure that I never miss a thing is such a great feature. Anytime I feel lost there is excellent guidance both from the main website and from potentially over the phone help. Great product, simple to use, easy to understand and access.

When I tried to file on Saturday I kept getting a message that a form couldn't be accepted; no further info. After 4 tries I talked to James at the help center who told me that IRS didn't accept returns until 1/26. Woulda been nice to know that the first time I tried to file! Many Turbo info items are unclear.
