Questionable costs at best

Takes $128 out of refund for $49 service, starting to wonder if its worth continuing to use. May look into a new tax provider next year if this keeps up.

Charge to file fed charge to file state and then charged to deposit in my account rediculous

Loved using TurboTax for years! They ask a lot of questions and my return always seems accurate. The price is reasonable and it only takes a few minutes, but I do have an easy return!

Simple and Quick

The process was easy and uncomplicated. I finished my return in 25 minutes and got a great refund. I don't like that they are now charging $35 to direct deposit your refund though. I already paid for the upgraded service. It just feels like a greedy cash grab. What's the other option? Keep my return?
