Not all qualify for expedited refunds.

Lacking explanation for denial of rapid refund when denied. Software touts this option and was leading reason to use TurboTax. Already paid for tax preparations prior to denial of the expedited refund. So no option left other than the standard option. Should be more up front regarding this up front.

I like the app only reason I’m giving 3 out of 5 is because there is a lot of information and it interferes with the purpose of submitting a tax form form easy and simple

TOO MANY FEES, WEBSITE HAS KEYWORDS FREE AND EASY ALL OVER THE SITE BUT NONE OF IT IS FREE AND YOU END UP PAYING ALL THE OLD ORIGINAL FEES THAT ARE CLAIMED TO BE NO MORE OR DISCOUNTED. TERRIBLE SERVICE IF IM DOING ALL THE WORK AND IMPORTING A W-2 DOSENT COUNT IF THE EMPLOYER HAS ELECTRONICALLY PROVIDED IT AND I HAEACCESS TO IT.

Over Charged

Over charged. Only got back $232 total from federal and state. After all turbo tax fees I only got back about $100.
