$88 to file Federal and State. I have never paid to have my taxes done on turbotax, this is the first year I have ever been forced. I begrudgingly paid. The cherry on top: over $40 to get my return to my own bank account. It's free, of course, if you choose to open a checking account with their partner! Yeah, absolutely bananas the way things flipped so quickly. Over $100 to do most of the work myself. Thank you, turbotax, for giving me the shove I needed to figure out how to do my own taxes next year by myself.

I’ve used TurboTax for years and once again it made a complicated tax year way easier than it could have been. We had multiple W-2s, disability income, and a 1099-R withdrawal, and TurboTax walked us through everything step by step and caught all the details correctly. The explanations were clear, the import features saved time, and the refund/amount due updates in real time were really helpful. It gave me a lot of confidence that everything was done right. Worth it for the peace of mind and ease of use.
