Easy, but fees add up

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. It is easy and convenient. However, I only gave 4 stars because they stack so many fees on and they aren't very clear with the fees. I continue with them though since they save previous information and make it so easy. Just wish they didn't have so many fees. Like why $35 to transfer it to my own bank?

I had to refresh twice because the site would freeze. In my opinion I think the the fees are not clearly stated.
