It would be way better if it wasn't so predatory in getting you to pay them more money for what is essentially nothing every single step of the way while filing. Otherwise its fine, but god dang if they aren't trying to squeeze every dollar they can out of the unsuspecting person who just clicks through without reading. Hilariously predatory business practice.

Very disappointed with this year's update to the product. I felt like there were at least 4 gimmick pages that made it seem like I had no choice but to pay extra for something when in reality I didn't have to. For example I could get my return fast for $35 or use Credit Karma for $0...I wanted neither option and it was tricky to get to that. Also, the 1099-INT kept asking me for a state and it literally said leave blank if no state is on my form but yet still it kept giving me an error. The AI assist was little help...I live in the free State of Florida I don't pay state income taxes. And now this AI is reordering my words around as I type...ridiculous I'm over this

$88 is insane to charge in the first place, then penalizing people without $88 ANOTHER $40 is diabolical. Yuck!
