This is the last year I use turbo tax after a decade of loyal use. The program is far more glitchy than ever before. the hidden fees added that have no need or explanation. The reviews kept trying to force me to mark inaccurate information and did not match the instructions. The overall cost has gone up. I requested my older accounts that were tied to another organization be deleted....still not done. I have no reason to return as a user.

easy enough for simple taxes but charging over $100 is ridiculous, i will be looking elsewhere next year
