I started with another online tax service that had me owing for federal and state and I knew that was incorrect not for the amount so I switched over to turbo tax

You make billions, why not more..

I did all the filing myself, from my home, from my own computer and entered it all in MYSELF. And I am being charged over $200 for it? I'm getting literally less than fifth of what my return was. Thank you for nothing?

Too expensive for AI times.

Pretty straight forward and relatively easy. Did not appreciate the pricing scheme. Went from Free edition to Plus @ $29* that includes* the Audit Defense that the Deluxe @ $79* only covered for an additional fee. Then I eventually was required to upgrade to the Deluxe for the $79 and offered the Audit Defense for another $69 which I ended rejecting because filing the state costs of course another $64. This app is getting less acceptable after 15 years using them.
