Too Expensive, Nickel and Dime Scammers

Hate that they say federal is free but for some reason always charge me $50 for federal and there's no option to downgrade whatever platform I'm using just 20 options to upgrade to a higher fee then another $35 charge to e-file. Surprised they don't charge $1 per button you have to click too.....shady nickel and dime tactics but still cheaper than going to someone in person.
