Seems silly to cost so much more just for an employment insurance form.
to have to upgrade for ONE form is bonkers IMO.

Need improvements to forums

In my honest opinion, help features could use some improvements. Examples would be on entering your overtime payments. There should be better examples, calulations etc in more precise deltail.
