Need improvements to forums

In my honest opinion, help features could use some improvements. Examples would be on entering your overtime payments. There should be better examples, calulations etc in more precise deltail.

Efficient - but couldn't correct an entry error

TurboTax is fast and efficient. I added redundant information to one line if my home energy credit form, but I was not able to return to edit it. My overall address was correct. but the one on my for showed my city state and zip code in the street address portion because I thought I needed to enter the full address there. But I was later prompted for those items separately. I couldn't go back and remove the city, state, and zip code from the street address portion. I figured it was okay to file though, so I sent it through.
