Turbo Tax , can't go wrong

Turbo Tax has a easy to use interface and format ! I have been using this service for several years with trusted accuracy. The features for deductions are easy to understand. The platform is compatible with my android phone. So easy to use as it guides you along on your personal Tax journey..

IF YOU'RE GOING TO SAY FREE THAN ACTUALLY MAKE IT FREE! I start out the process with everything saying yes federal and state filing is free, then I have to say no I don't want to upgrade 20 times. Then GODFORBID you add a tax credit and then BOOM "we can't file this unless you pay us" so you are FORCED to upgrade. THEN you get to the end and oh by the way your state return cost $40. Dishonest and inaccurate information from the absolute start. Almost $130 for a "free" filing. THEN if I want to pay with my refund its $40 ON TOP OF THAT. What a joke. If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I should sue you for this nonsense AGAIN because I know it's already happened once. You're trash that lies your customers.
