This is a money grab.

TurboTax is a waste of money. I end up paying you 49 dollars to do all the work myself and then if I want you to just take the payment out of the refund, I have to pay you 40 dollars to simply send me less money digitally to my bank. It's stupid and a money grab.

This site/service as gotten worse and worse over time. People still use it because it is convenient and have been using it for years. It used to be straight forward, now they confuse you and there are multiple hidden charges. You have to read through tons of fine print rather than them just being up front. Disappointing to say the least.
