This would have been an awesome experience until the upgrade from free to $49 then another fee to file for federal and state. I entered all the information and still charged an outrageous price. This is my first time using this service and will be my last.

Was fine, finally fixed the having to pay. Had to pay to use turbotax before as active duty for the past 3 years even when it was advertised as free for active duty, also was annoying having to decline to pay more every step. If I'm going to pay to do my returns I'm going to pay for someone else to do them for me so I don't have to deal with the constant "upgrade for more features".
