High-priced for Basic Return.

I have a real simple return and I get the electronic return has to be at market. i'm a ten year customer. so my information was preloaded. But I thought $50 for an income basically at poverty level was wrong. I paid it because I wanted to get it processed. And I appreciated the Thoroughness an the quickness of the program, but a $50 Price on that is, I think, above and beyond

My first time using TurboTax. Much easier to use versus prior efile sites I used in the past. Great experience in my opinion.

Lied about costs

Through the whole process i kept clicking to do it myself to only be charged the $40 at the end, it wanted to charge me $128! What the heck Turbo Tax..
