Turbo Tax Feedback

I retired in October of 2024. This year I got stuck submitting information about two 1099-R forms. The questions Turbo Tax was asking were not clear to me. I asked for a call and the person I spoke to was very competent and helpful. Thanks.

High-priced for Basic Return.

I have a real simple return and I get the electronic return has to be at market. i'm a ten year customer. so my information was preloaded. But I thought $50 for an income basically at poverty level was wrong. I paid it because I wanted to get it processed. And I appreciated the Thoroughness an the quickness of the program, but a $50 Price on that is, I think, above and beyond
Pros: My employment status changed this year

My first time using TurboTax. Much easier to use versus prior efile sites I used in the past. Great experience in my opinion.
