LOVE TurboTax

I love how it walks me through step by step and even has explanation bubbles if I don't understand a question. I love how it can automatically pull my W-9's from ADP so I don't have to upload them myself. I have been using TurboTax for at least 10 years and will continue to do so!

Disgusting money hungry company!!! I did my entire taxes myself and you made me upgrade anyway, I finished my entire taxes then you make me update to turbo tax plus at the end?! That’s wrong!! Then charging $40 to use my own return to pay for a program I didn’t even use is absurd!! I have used this program since 2018 and I will not be next year

EASY To file if you have a 1040 (Etc) VERY disappointed in having to pay to file this year. started over refiling twice & still am not certain why the system charged me 124$ !!! Could not get the site to explain WHY i was charge. I clicked "NO" for the upgrades several times. Going back and forth. i would rather have watched an hours worth of commercials. Did not have time to shop around this year. I will be looking for a different, ACTUALLY free service next year.
