Turbo Tax misleading "Free" Tax filing

Feels so slimy every time I use TurboTax. You are given a false pretense that you will file for free, then they offer guidance for an additional price each step of the way. After completing all of the steps they tell you ate the very end they will charge you anyway. They try to lessen the blow by showing "Was$149, now $49" but then somehow I am charged $88 for some nonsensible post rationalized reason. It is so frustrating, and I keep doing it every year. The interface makes it misleading to get old documents. How is that I filed with TurboTax for the past 5 years, but i still need to go through the IRS to get my 1040. If I am forced to pay the deluxe Super Turbo bundle tax to make the process more convenient, why do I still need to chase after the documents I have filed through TurboTax? One of these years I will find an alternative to TurboTax and will never look back. TurboTax is like an abusive spouse that you cannot get away from. Could not recommend it less.

trying to charge a $40 fee for using federal refund to pay for services, forcing me to pay $50 for a ''deluxe'' version when i didnt even use any extra help, then suddenly the entire $88 fee gets charged on my card as $95? So im guessing thats taxed too. Then proceeding to charge an ADDITIONAL $35 just to get it deposited directly to my bank account. Ya'll are just money hungry like the rest of the overpowered people in th economy. Fix it.
