Ripoff

I think it is a ripoff actually. Everyone says you can do it for free but YOU CANT. There is no " free" option. You can't move forward until you choose deluxe. You end up paying at least $100 . Total lies. I didn't need help as my information has been same for years. I have NEVER been able to file for free!

The first year it was not free Charged me for a form that was not need and a charge for some other bank to process my refund

Overpriced software

This product is wildly overpriced. $88 to produce a one page tax return. Straight up rip off. Only reason I use it is for the direct deposit (and I'm lazy).

I've used Turbotax for years and like how simple it is to use. I can download all my information and it self populates the fields for me. It only took me 45 minutes to do my taxes!

I've been using TurboTax for YEARS. I'll never go any place else. My situation is straight-forward, so it's easy to file on my own with TurboTax guidance. Refunds come fast! Thanks TurboTax!
