It is a very helpful tool, but I wish that they would be upfront about the cost. Stop saying it's all free when it's not. I like TurboTax, but also when I went to try and ask why I was being charged extra money, I could only talk to an AI chatbot that was asking me for contact info that TurboTax already has. I appreciate that TurboTax helps me get my taxes done in a simple way, but I wish they would be more honest about pricing and limit AI usage.

Advertised as free but always charged

All though I have been using Turbo Tax for years, I can't understand that I am charged? It says file for free but I always end up paying $89 every single year. Free is supposed to be free. Can someone please give me an explanation for this?
Pros: My employment status changed this year
