Overall i like turbo tax but i don't understand why i don't qualify for the free return and a bit difficult to get assistance with that

Turbo Tax is easy to use

Doing my taxes with Turbo Tax is much less stressful than doing them myself. It's easy to use and I no longer have worry about slogging through all the rules and changes.

I have used this service for so many years without issue. But if you want a refund advance, they arbitrarily decide they do not want to give it to you with no reason. Dissapointing.
