Simple fast and easy. I like how their is guidance and help and the cost. Taking the payment from my refund is another feature I love.

Lowest refund of my life. i worked one month last year and am receiving a refund of the same amount bur i worked an entire year and receiving the same refund amount. How can this be possible. I will not be back to turbo tax next year
