Difficult; not impossible

Very difficult. Terrible experience and issue still not resolved. A company called southern buckeye is linked to my account and cannot be removed??? When I went to file it kept bringing up my 2024 returns and was preparing an amended return?? A lady named Elizabeth saved the day, she cleared up most issues and is still working on the link with southern buckeye. If not for her the rating would be a 1. She is a 5!!!
