I love Turbo Tax!

I am new to Turbo Tax this year. My return wa rejected due to an error on my child’s social security number, totally my fault. When I corrected and tried to refile I was stuck for over an hour. I called and was cale bck within 10 minutes. Danny was so patient and helpful, even teaching me things about my new iPhone I didn’t know. I am very happy with the services provided!

I love during my owe taxes each year with TurboTax but the fee are getting out of hand. When i first started doing my own taxes its was only one fee as a very small one to be exact. Now I'm paying just to complete my own taxes and to deposit them into my account this is robbery with out the gun. And honestly this makes me wanna complete my taxes though another company next year. WAY TO MANY FEES
