Ypu are getting a 2 from me solely based on the fact you say its free to file then charge me a he end no matter what. Its false advertising

Love Turbo Tax

I have been using turbo tax and doing my own taxes for almost 15 years! When I first started, it was simple, easy to navigate, and if I was unsure, it gave me the information I needed. I will never go back to taking my taxes to someone else to do, and I will never switch up and use a different site! Turbo Tax for the win ALWAYS!

Bring back direct deposit before payment.

The first 2 people the tried to help me couldn't but the third lady , Mrs. Lareece, knew exactly what to do. I don't like that TurboTax changed their direct deposit method. You used to be able to to enter all your direct deposit information BEFORE you paid for the services, not AFTER. It was very confusing. But other than that it was great. That's why I only gave it 4 stars.

Easy but expensive

The self service option is exceedingly easy to be prompted through, but over $120 just to file is robbing me. My return in laughable. If we're filing our own return, then it shouldn't cost nearly this much.

I've been using TurboTax since 2016 and it has been a joy. Minus all the fees now, and also a fee to deposit money (lol, seems weird but watev), it's a joy to us Turbo because I trust them fully to get my taxes done on time and with accuracy.
