I like how easy and fast it is to use but now you charge me to use the product AND deduct a $35 fee from my refund. Just charge one up front price instead of trying to be sneaky.

Intentional trickery if you try to file for free

It was my intention to use the file for free but I believe the site was intentionally desighned to trick you into the "Do it Yourself Deluxe" for $49 by not listing the cost of it at the point of th only 2 options it shows you. The in order to have my refund direct deposited to my Bank account I was charged another fee of $35 which I didn't have to pay last year and also isn't mentioned until the end.
