I love Turbo Tax!

I am new to Turbo Tax this year. My return wa rejected due to an error on my child’s social security number, totally my fault. When I corrected and tried to refile I was stuck for over an hour. I called and was cale bck within 10 minutes. Danny was so patient and helpful, even teaching me things about my new iPhone I didn’t know. I am very happy with the services provided!

I would use the IRS software the second it becomes available to me. Why am i paying to perform civil responsibility. I hate the marketing and the way intuit tries to make it seem as though they "found" extra money by using their software.
