Worse and worse every year.

The interface is horrible! You have to minimize the screen to access the continue button.
The charges are added and not removed when changing payment method. TurboTax has gotten worse every year and I will actively look into a different preparer. This is the last year I use TurboTax. Horrible!

Charged too many fees for every little thing. People are already hurting for money. This will be my last year using turbo tax, after it being my site of choice for many years.
