Exorbitant fees

Always lists as free then ends up charging me multiple fees. False advertising and misrepresentation of fees. The service is fine but they charge for everything it's 100% never free

Easy to do but almost not worth the price, you do the work and the charge you quite a bit, might as well just bring it in and let someone else do it
