Easy to Use

Turbo Tax is easy to use and it's interface intuitive. The features easily navigated me through the process, and fell as I am getting accurate results. It is compatible with my computer and felt guided through the process.

TurboTax is okay.

I think TurboTax needs to rethink the way their funding is done. I should be allowed to choose the self filing tax choice and not have to pay extra, especially when I am not getting very much back to begin with. Other than that I like using TurboTax.
