Straight forward and trusted

I have used Turbo Tax for a few years now and find it be easy to use, straight forward and I trust that it is calculating my returns accurately and providing me the best way to do my tax return.

money issue

would have loved to know how much i was being charged up front and not at the end of the return, having a kid changes you being able to do it for free and no where does it explain that is going to happen until later on into filing your taxes.
