Easy but expensive

It made it very easy but was just expensive. Always advertised as free, but very much is not.

It's very fast and streamlined. A no nonsense application that gets through taxes fairly quick, and makes it as painless as can be (albeit, it still doesn't take away the sting of owing).

Free Turbo Tax Program is very misleading

This was supposed to be a basic, free option but at the very end it forced me to upgrade to deluxe otherwise it would not file my taxes.
