I have always used the competitors for filing my taxes. This year, I decided to compare between Turbo and the other. I ended up getting back more. I revisited the competitor and there was one question that I was not asked which could have cost me additional funds.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. Its an excellent product, and I will continue to use this product in the future. It ensures that my filing is correct, and with multiple levels of review to confirm all the information is correct and accurate. I would highly recommend this product to anyone wishing to use a reliable product that ensures everything will be correct when they file their taces

TurboTax was AWFUL this year, as a customer of 5+ years... Glitchy, broken tools, "fixed tools" on 1/23 yet still didn't let me file, recycling you through the review process 10 times and finding new issues each time, and even as I attempt to type this review, the site is glitching and completely deleting letters i am typing. I will not be using turbo tax next year.
