TurboTax sucks!

This product sucks. I only gave it 1 star because there weren't any options for 0 stars. It's taken me 5 hours to file something that normally takes 30 minutes. The download/physical version was more user-friendly and made more sense. Not sure I will buy TurboTax again.

Quick and easy, but becoming WAY overpriced

Makes filing returns easy, fast, and ensures accuracy as well. Only complaint would be the cost, and the intentional difficulty in declining add-ons or upgrades. If the process was setup to default all selections to the most inexpensive one available, it would be perfect. Instead, they sneak their "Deluxe" or "Max" packages into the review process that, if unnoticed and one doesn't de-select it on that page, then they are basically tricked into paying higher prices for the services, even when the higher priced package is not required for them to file their return. And lastly, I should not have to have over $150 deducted from my refund just to use the basic filing service with early refund processing.

Turbo Tax with One Glitch

I was very frustrated in the wages/income section. It allowed me to enter my social security and it wouldn't allow me to enter my retirement income. I had to start over as if I never entered it before. Very frustrating and used a lot of my time going back and forth. Other than that I love doing my taxes on Turbo Tax.

This was my first time completing a joint filing and was probably the most difficult and time consuming process I've ever experienced. It is incredibly frustrating that I had to pay to file my Federal return, and as a result I also was forced to pay for my State filing. All in all, I'm going to be looking to file with another company next year.

Easy to use, definitely recommend this platform. Not a huge fan of the sneaky pricing and being hounded for add-ons. But way better than dealing with people.
